I'm just looking to see if anyone can help me in changing the address details that appear on the receipt. I've managed date change and everything else but nowhere can I find the address bit.

Thanks in advance

Turn key to SP – Log on as clerk Enter 112 and press X2/ENTER – (line 1 – 5) are for Receipt upper logo – (line 6 – 10) are for lower receipt logo

You can get max 36 characters, hope this helps ?
If you have any other queries post on forum or PM me.

Hey.

Thanks for that. When I turn to SP and try to sign on as clerk, it tells me programme then ICRC programme underneath. Then I enter 112 and hit x2/for time and it bleeps at me saying clerk in use. Can't do anything from there so I'm stumped. Maybe I'm just being my usual blonde! 😉

Thanks for any help :D

Sound like you've got a clerk log on in R position (which probably in the middle of the transaction).
So please comlpete the transaction first and then turn the key to SP.

Also when you log on in SP you need to select Program function and not IRC program function.
Let me know how you get along

I'm in SP and have clerks name showing above 2 I can select, programme and ICRC programme. I type 112 and the x2 button, just tells me clerk in use.

When I go to R and do no sale to clear and try SP again it won't let me do anything without assigning a clerk Id

Think I'm just missing something
