IS THERE ANY 1 WHO KNOWS THE ENGINEER CODE OF THE UNIWELL NX 5400 ?
PRINTER PROBLEM, THE PRINTER CONTINUES RUNNING WHEN POWER ON ?? ANY SOLUTION ?

dont think this model uses an engineer code.
sounds like a blocked optical sensor-either on the side of the printer [look for a rotating disk with holes in] or on the head position sensor [attached to the head carriage]
this model also suffers from its printer to logic cable mysteriously dislodging itself.
Try removing the cabinet and pushing the printer plug firmly home.

Thanks for your reply, the optical sensor " was clean " everything look's good and clean, but there you gave me one heck of a job, all the small gearwheel fell out, it took me about 2 hours to place them in the correct positions again, but still the printer start running when power on, maybe I should try one new cable, do you know where and how to assign this below commands/flags, or are those commands/flags already assigned. ?

For the NX-5400 01 type eprom linked to a serial comm port, the following flags must be programmed.
..* Flag 66 - 01000010
..* Flag 67 - 00100010
..* Flag 68 - 00100000
