Help ! I have a uniwell and am locked out in CIDI mode, done a clear etc. but to no avail. am unable to clear, or done a reset is holding 456 buttons down and turning off and on, but does not work... can't clear totals of numbers on the screen and will not let me out of this area... Please help.

You need to do an initial reset, this will defo clear the problem.

Turn key to SP
Turn the till off
Goto bottom left hand corner of the keyboard.
Go 3 rows up.
Put your finger on that button, the button next to it and the button next to that.
While holding those 3 buttons down turn the till on.

The till will bleep 4 or 5 times.

If this does not work what model of till have you got???
