Hi, I have just gotten two cash registers both are ex570s, one has setup required on it and the other is fine, I don't know how to get the other one to work. I don't have any codes and the operation manual says nothing. My keyboard on the till is not working at all, no beeps or anything.. could someone please help me???? 
setup required means it has lost it program
and requires setting up the keyboard is probably not working as it has defaulted back to the engineers keyboard

yes if you get some basic settings in it you should be able to use the good one to program the rest
