hi i have 2 x uniwell dx 895 master says ir done setup required son on holiday a little stuck can someone please help

The Master DX has lost all its settings and need fully building from scratch. If you have these two connected on an Ethernet network then you should be able to push most of the program from the second till, but you will need to carry out the initial setup - Maximums, IRC info, IP addresses etc. Also the likelihood is that you have lost any sales data that was stored in the Master as well.

Do you know the engineer code? I have a dx890 and I think it has lost the program. I have been reading that a engineer code is needed to setup the machine again. thanks
