Hi,

I have the above till in my shop, the computer we used to keep our records has gone kaput, I wondered if anyone knew a way of obtaining trading information direct from the till, within date parameters, so that I could ask it:

All sales between 15th Aug 2010 and 15th aug 2011 for example?

Thanks in advance.

D

to put it bluntly..................

IN YOUR DREAMS !lolR

On a more constructive note, retrospectively, you are shafted but going forward, perform x reports only then take a report daily and keep them
look at the dates you are interested in and get your trusty pocket calculator out
subtract the older date totals from the newer date totals voila job done
not the answer you wanted i'm sure but..............

Hi,
Depends what your EJ usage was set to, (usually about 5000 lines on average we set),
you can try an X2, but remember the older entries are flushed by the newer ones coming into the system.
Good reason to have backups.
Kind Regards
Paul
