Hi there,
Please help ,, we have asked for the engineers codes but the sellers want to charge us for this, all we need to do is wipe the history off the tills and reprogram the menus is this possible?

Be careful what you do with the code. Re-programming is not easy if you have never programmed a Uniwell before.

Nobody should be charging you for a code but sometimes people will charge you for the knowledge of what to do with it!
