Well ive been searching this forum for hours for a solution. Just bought a pub and had this register and i seem to think it would help. i turn the S key anywhere it says IR DONE SETUP REQUIRED and i cant press any buttons, if i try doing an IR reset by powering off, turning key all the way clockwise to the secret zone and tapping the bottom left and top right followed by touching points a and b, the keypad shows up and i can press buttons but no IR DONE SETUP REQUIRED. that portion of the screen is blank. as soon as i try going into the SP mode i get that same dreadful message IR DONE SETUP REQUIRED. i got the engineers code too if that helps. any help would be appreciated and asap as im going to be opening the pub again tomorrow.
edit : oh yeah and holding the top left of the screen or the top right just leads me "tap a and b, followed by a IR DONE SETUP REQUIRED message, frozen buttons."
Hello basically your till has lost it's program and needs setting up from scratch
You may be best off getting someone in to sort it for you depending where you are I may be able to point you in the direction of someone or if you fancy a bash your self let me know and I can give you some pointers but be warned you may have a few hours work ahead
