I have a DX-910 at the IR Done screen with the flashing blue light, I do not have the engineer's code neither! Any help would be much appreciated!!!!!

If your blue light is flashing this means (on a UK version) that you have run out of memory.

So have you many clerks with tabs open or tables with many items left open? If you have you need to start closing the transactions.

If this isn't the case what is the actual issue?

This is resolved, it is a new set up and I needed to enter the engineer's code! Thanks for your response!
