Hello everyone,
I am a new member and I have a bit of a problem with my DX 895.
The till powers up ok and I get my main screen but it is totally frozen and no buttons work.
The keys do not work for anything either in any position.
The blue light does not come on at all.
Any help any one could would give would be greatly appreciated.

Look on here for the reset procedure. I've posted it before, but I'm on mobile at the moment.

Thank you for your help Simon.
Im glad its just a simple matter of a reset as I was getting worried it might be something terminal 
I just have a problem of sourcing an S key now as the till didnt come supplied with them.
