Hi all,
I really do hope I'm not askiing things that have already been answered. I've done a few searches but can't find anything.
I am opening a sandwich bar, and have bought a second hand TX-875 from someone, who was using it in a similar kind of outfit.
I *think* I've managed to rename the PLUs and price them up, using the till.
But I have a couple of questions that I really hope someone can answer.
Is it possible to "hide" the No sale function, or the refund option, so that the manager needed to enter a code to see them?
And how do I remove the old guy's logo from the receipts?
I don't have any PC to Till cables or software. I'm doing everything on the till. If there's an easier way to do this I'd be very grateful to know it.

You can set system flag 11 (SF-11) C & D to allow no sale only when key is in Z or X position
You can change the logo using a PC connected to the till to change the logo
You need to either get hold of or make a cable to connect to a PC

But I don't quite understand this bit. Where do I set that?
To change the system flags
Key to SP
log on (may need to log on with the engineers code)
select program functions
select SP-113 System Flags
Line down to SF10
Line down to either F or E (depending on if you want to set refund to x or z)
press enter to change the "no" to "yes"
press page down to go to SF11
Line down to either D or C (depending on if you want to set no sale to x or z)
press enter to change the "no" to "yes"
press clear 3 times
then clerk id to log off
done.
