tx 870 screen not responding after enabling IRC

Hi,

I enabled the IRC system and the screen froze, despite turning it on and off and turning key the screen still didnt work. I then performed an initial reset. the screen would respond to calibration but after that wouldnt respond to screen touches or turning the key.

The till did eventually respond to calibration but the screen only responded to touches in the s position... turning the key would disable the touchscreen, IR done would popup and then wouldnt respond at all.

I thought at this point the only thing to do would be to factory it.... so i used 9901. Im hoping this hasnt deleted the ROM or something... the manual said diagnostics...
Now it responds to key presses in the SP position but wont login.
In the R position the top left of the screen (the blue bar) turns white ... doesnt respond other than that.
In the Z position there is no response.
The S positions responds to presses.

Please help
