I get the impression from threads already on this forum, some people frequently have problems with the TX 870 and resets and codes.
I am no exception!
I have been operating 5 TX 870s for about 3 months now and have 2 tills down leading into a busy weekend....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

The main problem I have with 1 till is it has been reset to factory default and the engineers code I have will not respond so I can't get to re-configure it, ideas???

the engineers code should work after a setup required

I am guessing that your "engineers code" may have just been a ordinary clerk setup to behave like the engineers code

If you find me helpful, then why not buy me a house in the bahamas!
