HELP
Hi i am a new member and i desperatley need help with a tx 850
I had the 850 in england so I have a good idea how to program however after connecting in my new bar in France everything had been wiped and i now cannot enter anything to re programme,
I believe i need an engineer code to get into programming from the keypad screen (the one after screen calibration a & b( Any help would be appreciated however my bar opens friday evening so I am a little bit desperate

That's not a good sign. 
Can you actually press any keys and does the cash register beep when you do?
As you press the number keys do the numbers actually appear on the screen or do ****'s appear?

Don't panic, 
What exactly is the problem? do you get any error message or beeps?

the stars are hiding the clerk sign on code
try 1 into clerk id first, if tht fails try the engineers code [25451855] into clerk id button
