total control fidelity unrecognised database error 3343

Back it up then run a repair. You can find the utils to do thia under the total control folder in your windows start menu.

Hi, managed to find an old back up and this error is fixed,

However when i try and load the ECR reports it is giving me an error than crashing Total Control

has anyone any ideas?
