My tills have stopped printing the drinks tickets to the dispence printer, any ideas of how to resolve ?

Tills are uniwell DX- 915

Can you print from the tills using a 9920 printer test?

not sure of a 9920 printer test?

The printers are working alright for bills its just the drinks tickets, kitchen printer is also fine and they are receiving food checks
