I have 3 tills running, on one of the new tills when i click the table plan button it doesnt do anything. The other tills work fine. I have the engineers code, is there something i need to turn on, on that one till?

Thanks

I Have sorted that problem! Using the maximums menu.
But i now have a problem that the orders taken and stored on that one machine are not shown on the other machines.

Its probably an incorrect setting or the plan master needs a sync

check the settings in sp-113 flags 127,128,129 on a till that works and match them up on the one that does not

then reset all the tills
turn on and off with the key in R
do a sp-8800

if its still not working try taking a 8881 report from the table plan master

It still doesn't work. When i store an order on the one new till, it prints the order on the KP. But when I try and view the table from another machine its red and when i click on it there is nothing there. I get a message saying IRC 1 OFF, IRC 2 ON, IRC 3 ON. Terminal one and two communicate fine, untill i try and use the new terminal 3. then i get problems!
I couldnt find how to print the 8881 report.

when you do the sp8800 do all the tills show up as ok

if tills 1 and 2 talk ok until 3 is introduced I would suspect a conflict between till 3 and one of the others probably till1 since it is showing up as offline

check the settings in sp200 and 201 to make sure

the 8881 report should be available under x and z you should only need to do it in x if your normal log on does not show it try using the engineer code.
