Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if it is possable to change the keyboard between two layouts. ie: if we sell different products during the day, to the ones sold at night could I program the keyboard with two different layouts so as all we do is change the keyboard templates.
And a little "how to" would not go amiss, if this is possable

Yes you can.
Do you have any back office software that you are using to take reports and program the tills, or do you program manually on the till?
Either way you will need to allocate a menu level fuction key to the key board. there are up to 5 different menu levels that you can configure on this till.
You can select which menu level you wish to program in the software or when you are programming the plu menu (SP-111 PLU Menu.) eg
Select SP-111 PLU MENU
SELECT Drink Menu, or Lunch Menu, Or Dinner Menu. (The Names of these can be changed in SP130 - User Text)
Program the sales area of the keyboard as you would normally.
You will also need to make sure that you have the PLU Menu Enabled;
-Key to SP
-Login using programmers code
-SP-113
Set flag 20 so that bit H is set to YES.
