Hi,

We have just had a began a new member of staff and I was putting his name into the tills. This worked fine for the 1st till, but the second has developed a problem. The display is showing "PL-----------6" and is not responding to anything. Even with the key in the lock position it still displays the same.

I would rather fix it myself if possible. However, if it is a complex fix I will have to get someone in to fix it.
