sx 8500 decimal place

HI

i have some how lost my decimal place so instead of a pint coming up 3.00 its coming up 300 its like it on all the buttons now, how do i put this back in ???

Decimal place is to do with the cash media. Media 8 flag 2 bit b must be a yes.

this will put your decimal place back!!!

many thanks for your help i just init all data and started again, something to do with system on pc as it only changed when i put it onto shift 0 and downloaded it. manged to get the normal sx700 back up and working

i need to program the sx8500 so i plugged into the network all tills recognise it so does the back office pc. when i download everything it just messes up the till ie no decimal point and hard plu 1 should be carslberg hard plu 2 should be export but it doesnt work like that, the forst two pluu are always blank and the products start further down the board :(

any ideas

What software are you using to communicate to the tills?

Also im sure that the keyboard are differnt shapes. Isnt the 8500 a back to front L keyboard where as a 700 is a squarer keyboard.
