Hi,

I have a SX 7000 at one of my cafes, the manager has been trying to change buttons on the till and has removed the "enter" button. I have tried to change the layout to the standard by the fourth row 3 key reset, but this appears to not be working. Is there another way?

I tried the reset by:

Turn to SP
turn off by side switch
hold down 1st 3 keys in fourth row down.
turn back on

Any advice would be welcome.

I take it that you don't have a second till that can send over its layout?

There is only one till at the site.

I have found a solution, the site manager was not holding the correct buttons to switch to standard layout.
