Hi,

That's brilliant, this is the final stage then ALL ON THE COLOUR LAYOUT:

Turn the key to SP
Key in the engineer code
Press Clerk
Scroll to 110 - Flexible Keyboard
Press ENTER on Function Keys
Scroll down the list and look for Error Correct (It could be slightly different but i'm 99% sure its Error Correct or Err Corr)
Press ENTER on it ONCE
You should see press required key at the top
Press the actual Item Correct key on your colour keyboard that isn't working
Press CL 3 times
Press Clerk to log off
Turn to R and give it a Test

Let me know how you get on as this one has been a baffler :?

Good Luck!

I have looked up and down the list and there is nothing on like Error Correct or Err Corr only a key with CR which I have sent you in the photo.
I 'm almost sure that the CR key is likley to be the right key as it is with all the others that have been causing the problems but i will wait for you to advise we have come this far i dont want to jepodise it now.
many thanks Dave.

Hi,

Well done you are spot on, CR is the correct key. If you allocate that as per the instructions we should be good to go. :D

Hi dave,

Cl would not log the Server off once it has logged on anyway, the only thing you can do if you change your mind is to press that Server key again and this would log them straight back off. Is that how it has always worked?
