I would be grateful if someone could help. I'm in a desperat situation with my sx-700. I have been inputing some prices and changing names of products. my epos skills are only basic but i had done a real good job and was very confident in what i was doing. Then dicided to try and make a new group so continued to do so, i cannot actually now remember which menu i am in because i tryed a few different one's, but i cannot get out of it what ever i do. I can skroll down pages to the end and i can skroll up each individual entry but i cant skroll down each individual enrty. When i press clear or clerk nothing happens. I have tryed to get hold of the 24hr cover but nobody is answering the phone. I dont know what i will do on monday morning if i cannot resolve this situation. Hope this makes sence to you.

Can you tell me which key position you currently have the key in (I presume it's SP) also, what exactly is displayed on the screen at the moment?
When you press Cl does it beep or just do nothing?

Hi yes i am in sp and yes it beeps when i press cl. This is a list of the menu on the first page it goes on for about 5 or 6 pages it's endles.

Hi,
Right ok, that is the keyboard programming screen, what has probably happened is that you have accidently reprogrammed your Cl and your scroll down key to be something different.
The first thing to try is to Page Down all the way to the bottom, then individually start scrolling back up until you are highlighted on one that says 'Scroll Forward'
Are you infront of the machine now because I'll hang on for you if you like?
