setup required at Uniwell PX-5750

Hi there,
i've done a pretty stupid thing when programming a Uniwell PX-5750. I just finished programming the PLU's when I accidentally got to the "RAM-test" (or something like that) and now it seems i've flashed the ECR.
It's a customers one who beg me to set it up. He bought it by second-hand and has no manual or not even the right key (but t was easily to manipulate key and lock) or something else but the cashregister, one key and a small stick for a user.
First it was just "RAM0000001" shown on the display and after i read some postst i tried to reset the ECR by switching of the device, holding down the three buttons on the left (the third from the bootom horizontaly). But the only thing that happens is that it beeps three short times shortly an after a second a short beep following a alarmlike signal.
The display just shows "setup required" after (I thin) "IR done".
I also have downloaded the PLM 2000 Software a belive that with that i can restore the ECR but therefor I need an *.HEX file.
I hope somebody can help me.
Regards

The following strings must be programmed into the cash register modem for it to operate. Use a terminal program, such as Hyper Terminal , to program the modem.
AT&F (loads default settings)
AT&N6 (sets fixed baud rate of 9600)
To set the baud rate at 19200 AT&N10
ATS0=2 (picks up line after 2 rings)
ATQ1 (don't respond to commands)
ATE0 (don't echo commands)
AT&W (saves changes in RAM)
8.The maximum levels set on the cash register for Departments and PLUs must correspond with the maximum levels set on the software.

All right.
Somehow i fixed the problem with the "setup reqiered" by doing the following steps:
1. Set key to SP and turn off ECR.
2. by press and hold the first collum upper-keft I turned it on again.
there was this RAM#01 200000 inn the display.
3. Turned it on again so there was a lot of ? in the display but the keyboard worked again.
4. Now i typed in 9905 (tried a lot of coeds before i found it) and there it was. "Auto Preset" or something like this.
But now there are a little bit of problems after the reset.
1. How can i programm the PLU's to some keys on the keyboard.
2. some keys on the right side arent on the right position. How can i change key-position for keys like table# ect.?
3. every time i make a test in register and press Bar, the ECR prints 4 parts.
4. Before i crashed the ECR, it was possible to login with this small stick (i-button?). Now its equal whether the stick is plugged in or not. The ECR doesnt recognise this stick and so its not very comfortable to use.
I assume that there are some more misconfiguration but that was the most important.
I hope I'm not annoying you about this. (Did you know, that it seems to be impossible to get a manual in germany. I could buy it in the UK or USA and think I could use it with the german menu. But it al little bit expensive (about 60 USD) I think.
Thanks a lot

All Right,
after I managed to reprogramm the ECR manualy and built a fitting cable for the PLM 2000 Software (wich is much better for programming the device) I'm almost finished with it.
Last thing to do are the positions of the funktion-keys.
PLM says, that they are correctly there, where i want them to be, but if I try it in R-mode its the damn old thing. I want the Table-Nr selection right beside the 6 but its still on the left of 1.
One thing I detected is, that in R-mode on the top the display "Ebene 1" is written. (probably level 1 in engl.) I believe that indicates the keyboard layout but i can't find the key, where i can switch to another level or where i can adjust the layout.
I hate these people who think I can programm and use any device just by mind-controll. It would be cool but a little brainwork wouldn't harm them.

dont forget to change from "f0" to "f1" for programming the buttons on the keyboard
