1 of my tills is broken, its not the master but now can't send my price updates to my other tills as it says that it is missing, is there any way i can tell the master not to search for the broken till anymore

Ive got engineer code but just can't work out how to do it! ;R

When you say the till is broken what is the actual fault ? It may still be seen on the IRC network for example if the display is faulty but it still powers on.

When you send changes are these being sent from one terminal to the others or via back office software, the normal would be for it to send to each till seperatley and it would just fail on one terminal.

What program option are you using to send the data ?

there was a power surge on the phase that till was on and it has blown it, smoke was bellowing from it so not plugged in at all now, i am trying to send the data from the master via IRC send all program data and it tells me that till 2 is not connected. This error also shows up when trying to do a full transaction report on IRC aswell.

we do not use any back office software

i think this can be done by turning key to M/Z2/SP position "IRC PROGRAM" > Initialise IRC

should print out ip addresses with IRC names with the broken till missing, once is fixed simply repeat to get it back on

if you cant find it look for security programming options and check if initialise irc has a security group enabled and that a clerk is in one of those groups
