Do you know which version of firmware you have in the machine? On 06 machines System Flag 123 is set for Receipt Server - you also need to configure for which machine it is plugged into - off the top of my head, all A-G NO = Till1, A = YES = Till2, B = Yes = Till3 etc.

If you've got 03 type machines, you only set SF123 on the slave machines (the ones without the printer attached)

Also - remember that after setting any flags for networking on this machine, you have to power off/on for them to take effect.

That's why I said "I assume you're on 192.168.1.x" as that is the default network for Uniwell equipment. If you have changed the IP address of the printer it's no problem - use the 9996 for both steps, as if you were on the right network, then afterwards change your DX's IP address back to the right one and do an IR on the till.

If you are using non-standard IP addresses for the printer then you need to check SF-201 - the 'offset' or whatever it's called is normally 100 (meaning that KP1 has IP address a.b.c.100, KP2 has a.b.c.101 etc) and the port should be 9004 or the printer won't be able to 'hear' the data coming in.
