I wondered if anyone can tell me how to print an old receipt from a Uniwell DX890, TX870 or TX850
I need to print the receipt off to give to a customer who is claiming we over changed them.
Any help would be appreciated.

im not 100% but page up or down or line up or down, try it anyway i know its something like that, but i think you can only go back 5 orders.

DEPENDS ON PROGRAMMING, AND THE NUMBER OF LINES SET FOR THE ELECTRONIC JOURNAL.
IF YOUR SHOP HAS BEEN ACTIVE SINCE THE INCIDENT, AND WILL BE ACTIVE BEFORE YOU CAN GET BACK THERE, CHANCES ARE THAT THE SPECIFIC DATA HHAS BEEN OVERWRITTEN - IF INDEED IT WAS EVER RECORDED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
