Hi everyone,
I have done these step below:
+ Press 1,2 and 3 while turning power on
+ The display shows RAM#01 20000 at the top of the screen, and I press "dot" key (which is below "3" key) many times until display shows RAM#16
+ It reset and the top of LCD show IR DONE, and it turned into ????????????????
What cant I do next to get it turn in to default setting?
Thanks in advanced!

The machine has lost all of its data. It probably been unplugged for some time or the internal battery that keeps the machine alive is dead.

Uniwells have a programmable keyboard level (f1) and a Fixed Keyboard level (f0), If your till has raised keys these levels are called C0 / C1.

You till is likely to be stuck in f1 but all programmable keys are gone. To switch the keyboard level power of the machine and turn the key to the SP Position. Hold down the first, second and third buttons on the top left row and power on holding down the keys.
The display will briefly show the keyboard level as it is powered on (F0,F1,C0,C1). Repeating the process will toggle the level again. Get the till to be F0 for flat or C0 if you have Raised keyboard.

Once you in the level 0 correct for your keyboard type the till will become partly usable.
You should then do a SP 9905, Followed by a 9904. This load default presets and default keyboard to the programmable keyboard (f1/C1)

Thanks for your answer.
However while holding down the first, second and third buttons and power on holding down the keys, I can not see the keyboard level (F0, F1, C0 or C1).

Try doing a reset before the level shift.

Reset is also key to sp - power off, power on, hold the first three buttons on the Third row from the bottom left.

  • [*] [*] [ ] <- hold for key shift
  • [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
    [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
    [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
    [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]

  • [*] [*] [ ] <- hold for reset
  • [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
    [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
