Hello Epos Wizard...
I am currently working for Birmingham Cash Registers and i am in need of you assistance. My client says that his UX50 says exceeds .... when he puts a high amount in, i know this has something to do with the HALO settings but im not quite sure. Could you please assist.

Hi Charlie,

Unfortunately I don't have a manual, but i do know how to rectify it:

Turn the key to Z1/P
Key in 320
Press X2
Key in the PLU number that you need to change the Halo of
Press Decimal Point
Key in 98
Press X2
Press Cl twice
Turn back to R and test
