Hi,
I'm starting to run out of ideas on this one. I know for a fact that it doesn't do that from a Ram Clear so it's got to be an option somewhere. Did you ram clear and program this machine from scratch or did it already have a program and you just altered it to suit you?

Not sure what you mean by a ram clear ? but the machine was running ok the last time it was in use.

Do you mean that the receipt did previously allow you to turn it off? What programming changes did you do in between then and now, did you change any flag settings at all?

Yes the till use to allow you to turn it on/off. Cant remember changing any flags. See PM

Do you still have the program in PLM or can you upload it again and save to file, then you could zip it up and email it to me for examination because this one has me beat.
