Hi,

Very strange, I have never heard of that before. Once the final printout is complete, can you try doing a buffer print to print another receipt and see if the two of them look the same. The only thing I can think is it's not actually a receipt it's some kind of journal printing.

Did that and the buffer print was the same.

Hi,

Can you logon as the Engineer in SP and go to 9920 - Printer Test for me. That will list all the printers currently setup, let me know what it lists.

Hi,

Can you check 113 - System Function Flags and go into Flag 46 and tell me if you have anything set?
