Preset Tender amount

Hi everyone.
I am setting up a uniwell 5750, and I have programmed the groups and the PLU names and prices. I am stuck on one thing- I want to program in 3 preset tender amounts, £5, 10 and 20. I have adjusted these prices in z-315, but cant seem to get it to work.
I press whichever random plu's, then subtotal, then preset tender £5 (key 110) and it just says PLU110 £110

im not a uniwell engineer / fan
but even i can see that you have allocated a plu to the keyboard - not the preset tender button.
make sure you are in f1 mode not f0

Hi Andy, you were right, I still had the fixed keyboard in place.
After I had overlayed the keyboard onto the adjustable keyboard, I was able to set my preset tender amounts. I have set up the till from scratch, and it's almost done, just a couple of minor tweaks needed.
I have Warning #46 coming up intemittently after swithing from SP to normal mode
VOID and REFUND key does not seem to work correctly- you cant seem to pick which item to void.

error 46 is clerk in use error
refund may not be available inside of a transaction
void or error correct depend on system flags for their correct operation - is the clerk you are using authorised to perform voids/refunds?
sorry to be vague but uniwell and i don't get on well together

Hi,
REFUND key is used to refund a registered item after the transaction has been closed.
VOID key allows you to void an item registered in ongoing transaction.
During a transaction, you can SCROLL through or PAGE UP/DOWN to view all registered items and select items you wish to void.
Selectively plagiarized from manual.
As Andy has pointed out also, the security setting with regards to clerks plays a lot to do with it.
Kind Regards
Paul
