Hi,
ok i have redone every plu from scratch on the back office,
when i go to program they are not there, did you get a chance to find out any more info?
took me ages to do all those plu's, if i type them manually into program fuction i can then select them and put them into the keyboard but when i close the software they disappear?
need to get these operational with 2 weeks so any help would be much appreciated

Did you actually add all the PLUs in the PLU screen or in the keyboard screen? Are these new plus still in the PLU screen? Can I connect in again tomorrow at some point?

yes of course you can if you give me a rough time i either be there or il connect through pcanywhere and show you what i did
