Yes I'll gladly help with the keyboard were possible, I havent seen Epos office in years so I'm very flakey but sure I can help.
If one of the tills has all the PLUs what you could try is sending all those PLUs and layout to that till. Then go to that till and IRC it's program to Till 8 the master. Then you could receive all the programming from till 8 again which will hopefully bring all the PLUs and the layouts back in.

The £5, £10 & £20 keys should be called Preset Tender 1, Preset Tender 2 & Preset Tender 3.

The way you get them to use the new layout is to send all the data to the tills then make sure they are in ( F 1 ) mode.

ok i sent all the old till layouts and data to the tills before i uploaded the data from till 8 and messed it up, do you think theres any chance of that original data being on the tills.

also could you let me know how to set the flags up for the printers ?

If you sent all data then yes it certainly should be on the tills still now. If you logon to the tills as engineer and go to 122 - PLUs are all the plus there on the tills?

Also with the printers what exactly do you have, how many etc, and do you know the ID of the printer / printers?

not in the club unfort but there is 4 printers for the 9 till i can vaguely remember assigning flags on each till under 60 i think it was

they are ethernet based printers

thats right flag 60 needs to be set as follows depending on which printer you want be the receipt printer:

Bit H needs to be YES for all tills and then;

To print to printer number 1 you need:

A - NO
B - NO
C - NO

To print to printer number 2 you need:

A - YES
B - NO
C - NO

To print to printer number 3 you need:

A - NO
B - YES
C - NO

To print to printer number 4 you need:

A - NO
B - YES
C - YES
