Hi,

You've done well with all this, almost there. :D

I'm not 100% sure as that is something I have never setup, the only thing i can think is an option on the Groups.
If you go into programming and into 121 - Groups, under there should be all the group names so if you press enter on the group that the tickets are linked to. Under there you should have Flag 1 & Flag 2, press enter on flag 1, change bit D to Yes and give it a try.

If not let me know and I'll check the manual.

well its alomost time to go live lol hopefully il finish off the tills soon just need to do a few other things.

just a question really

if i wanted to monitor all till transactions how would i go about this live

can i view these remotely the system can only view it at eod

is there some sort of remote view that plugs into till then wired into a seperate display in office or something similar

Hi,

The uniwells can do Journal streaming via the RS232 ports to monitors etc, It's something I've never actually setup so unfortunately i can't be more help than that.

hi

been a while since i have been on here, ive had to redo all my tills again for some reason?? but i now have them all in a working mode.

prob i have it that if i press a lookup button there is only one product there but the back office shows them all

on another look up i have all the spirits but when you select the product it doesnt come up just goes back to main screen.

also when i press print after i cash something off it says select clerk?

the tills all go live this thursday lol so bit worried

Hi,

Welcome Back :)

The Receipt Print will be fine, it's just that you need to press it twice, the first time it asks which clerk so you press Receipt Print again to produce the receipt.

The Products not appearing on the lookup seems odd, the only thing I can think is that they are tagged as a deletion. If you logon as the engineer in SP and go to 122 - PLUS then select one of the missing PLUs do it have a * at the end of it's description?

The PLUs appearing but not allowing you to select is also strange, I would do the same thing and check them in PLUs on the till itself, I would expect to find that it's not linked to a group or something like that.

Let me know if you get anywhere with these.
