ok didnt think i would be lucky enough lol
the plu are on the tills as well as server etc but i cant get these to work, plu menu is on yes but everytime i press the button it says no such plu
but i cannot get the keyboard layout to work 
im on f1 but the buttons dont work as they should i have clerk and scroll but thats it
if i go in and manually assign them it works ok but if i update it reverts back again

It's interesting that it works when you do it manually. Maybe it's worth turning the PLU menu enable flag to NO as a test, I can't see that working though.
If not I may need to see it again one night.

you can see it when you like mate, i had this problem on the door till when i switched the flag on it said no such plu but when switched off it came up guiness lol

well the good news is i have all the tills working sort of, i changed all the flags in the tils for the printers but still wouldnt work, i then remembered i had to assign printer ids for the actual printers lol
so they are all working now only problem i got is with the cloakroom till.
it only prints out one ticket instead of two identical ones ie 1.1 2. 2. so they can have one ticket and we have the other, do you know where the flag is for that
