I have recently made a comms cable and downloaded the PLM2000 software. Connected to the till no problem and have saved the ECR data for editing.
My question is - is there a flag/switch to enable the display that the customer sees - it is out permanently. Could be defective I suppose, but don't think it has ever been ON.

Also, is there anywhere to download the programming manual (I've managed to download a copy in Spanish! but not much use to me).

Hi,

There are unfortuantely no flags to turn the remote display on / off, if there are no signs of damage it is more than likely a loose connection.

I've private messaged you a little extra details.
