I am eager to buy a HX4500 , second hand , from someone, but she is loath to sell it me whilst it still prints here restaurant logo and has her restaurant tax details on the receipt.

She has asked th company that sold it her if they can do it but they just keep fobbing her off. Does anyone know how to do it please?
