How do you change the VAT on Uniwell UN-3000 Till?

Hope someone can help me with this,

I have a Uniwell UN-3000 series till which I need to change the VAT on. A local company used to provided support in doing this but they now say they no longer have the manuals for this till as it's over 20 years old!

All I need to know is what the process is to change the VAT from 17.5% to 20% please - this is quite urgent.

bit of a pointless reply but......
they are not far off- its most certainly 20 years old - i doubt anyone will remember.
try phoning uniwell and ask to speak to a chap called Ali [if he's still there [Uniwell are in administration]]
