I hope you got your answer hulk, and sorry to hijack your thread with a similar request!

I've managed pubs for nearly 25 years, and last week opened my first tenanc, a small but lovely Berkshire village local. Part of the F&F's included a TX 875 that had come from a late night venue in Yorkshire, with pricing and products to match.

With the help of a member here, I at least managed to get operational, and a local offered to come in and tidy the machine up. Bad move! After half an hour, he'd dumped 90 percent of my PLUs and sat scratching his head.

I managed to again get operational that night, and sat up to 6am getting the layouts reasonable. But i'm left with two probs, one minor, one major.

Cash drawer won't open on "No Sale" ( Manager key req'd) even though I've set System Flags to "yes".

And I can't get even basic cash X and Z reports. Turning to "X" or "Z", and entering Clerk ID just gives "No options". HMRC won't be happy.

Donation awaits, and beers and a free meal if you're ever in West Berks. Call Andy on 01635 864544 if you can assist.

Cheers!

Oh, and I now have a Uniwell screensaver...which annoyingly appears after 7 seconds.

I had the same problem and google brought me here. In the need it cost me £23 in customer support for a 10s phone call!

No options appaers because you have logged in as the wrong clerk (normally 1, clerk ID) all you have to do is press clear and clerk ID, that will log you out of the wrong clerk, and then you can log back in to the correct one.
