Hi all. i have 2x sx700's, both come up when powered up with "IR DONE SETUP REQUIRED". Dont know what to do with them now and have no documentation for them. Any help would be really appreciated.

i assume you also have a row of question marks?

have these machines been left standing or have you had a major power disruption?
the chances of both machines "bombing" their memories is very slight without eternal interfereance.

if both machines fail to hold their memory, you will need an engineer visit to replace the back up battery and put a basic program in

Hi and thanks for your reply. I think its more of the case that someone has done a full reset on both tills. Been looking around on this site and it seems i need an Engineer code and start from scratch. Im not sure how to get hold of the code. Hope that someone can help me with this as i have downloaded the manual and its a bit comfusing. lol. So may have a load of questions.

Well Uniwell r no help what so ever. Is there anyone that could help me with an Engineer code so i can reprogram my 2 sx700's.
