Help Need LX5600 tax details on receipts

Hi

Can anyone help me remove the tax/tax subtotals off receipts. I can see the options in the system flag tax sections 21,22,23,24 but when I set the options to 0, the changes are not saving. They just revert back to 1. I think the option is sf22h, but I cannot save the changes.

Also I can removed the tax add on to the final total. So if the amount is say £5.00 there is a tax add on on cash out. Again I am able to change the options, but they won't save. Options in SF21, e & f when I change to 0 they go back to 1. In order to complete the transactions I am having to set all tax rates to zero.

Please can some help as I have been through all the options, but cannot see why my changes are not saving.
