Can anyone help? I bought a LX5600F and the display is showing SETUP Required and the keys are not working. Is it a software problem and does this need to be fixed by a authorised dealer?

Means it has been fully wiped at the least. You can program these yourself, but it may be a better use of your time to get a dealer to help.

I am in Northern Ireland. The dealer also says the battery may need replacing? Can this only be done by a dealer? Is there a way to set it up myself?
Do you know where to get a keyboard layout design for this (Flat Keyboard)

The battery can be sourced from many places. Take it out and do a search online - you will find you need to solder the two ends to the unwell cable, but that's easy enough.
The keyboard layouts we do in excel sheets, but I don't know if we've got one for that model. Let me have a look either later today or Monday and I'll email to you if we've got one.
How do I get to the battery? Is it a case of dismantling the machine. Also do I go about getting the setup software?
