I have heard today that Geller/ Uniwell has closed its doors as of Monday.
What is the case with support, returns etc?
Does this also affect CES, Octepos, and FEC?
Geller Business Machines has been closed by the parent company. CES and OctePOS are not affected and are trading as per usual (and will continue to do so). FEC was nothing to do with Geller, other than being their supplied PC-Touch system of choice.
Support and returns for Geller could be very difficult, if not impossible. For Uniwell it would depend on your relationship with them, however if you need support feel free to drop me a PM and we may well be able to help.
Although Geller has been closed, we are waiting for another supplier to take over the liquation. However in the meantime if you have any uniwell parts required please pm me i have a lot of variety of uniwell instock.
