This sound like that the till has got corruption if it's displaying ?????
What you need to do is Ram clear the till by holding the fist 3 key vertical on the keyboard &
in SP position switch the power on/off while holding the 3 key down.
You should hear 3 bleeps and the release the keys the till will display "RAM 01" and counting once it finish counting please Clear button and Display will show ???? In SP psoition type in 9905 and press enter and slect UK and 9906 and press Enter and select UK.
This will put the till back to standard till program mode, the bad news is that its lost its current till program and you'll have to input all your products and prices back into the till
If the till keep getting the ????? message then its your battery on your till that needs replacing.
