If key violation error is arrive in your ePOS office than you have to check your software, Otherwise you have to update your POS system software. This error is very big error for your transaction you can not use this software more.

Had a few issues with some Windows Updates recently that have killed EPOS Office... seems to be a problem with the database engine rather than the software and a reinstall of BDE seems to fix it.
