Hi,
I am trying to download CSV reports from Uniwell. I can get online through ftp and view directory. I am seeing all X reports. But their format is .REP. Do I need special software to extract that to csv ?
Also I tried downloading it and my connection drops. I am using filezilla ftp and logging in via Engineer user.

You cannot download reports in a csv format. The .rep format is designed to be read by a back office software. I can't remember the exact structure of them as I haven't touched a Uniwell in over five years, but try opening them with something like NotePad++ to see what is actually in them.
