Could someone please solve my very strange problem!

Basically I have a customers bill that we have stored onto a track / table
Now when I go back to access the bill as I would usually I get a bill in use error message.
So I printed an IRC-Full Tracking Report and the table is not showing up, it is like it is lost in limbo :S
Luckily I remembered what was on the bill so just make up a new track for them to pay on but now I have a table that no clerks have open (checked everyones iButtons on the night) and we cannot access. Basically what I need to know is how to override the bill in use error message.

Cheers!

Have you tried to do a 9909 from SP mode to clear down all the tracking information? Only do this once your are sure that you have no real bills open.

Hi, yes I have done a 9909 and this has cleared it off, thanks, just wondering if there was anyway to override it for future reference, as it appears that when I 9909 it the track clears but it doesn't correct the stock as such, so when it happened the till was down by the amount on the track and this hasn't corrected.

No guarantee, but you could try to do a refund for the same amount, store that on a table and then do a 9909 to see if that puts the till back up by the same figure.

This code will not alter any sales.

When an item is rung into the terminal you will find that the groups and the PLU report will show this as sold. You would be down on Cash/CC sales. Basically a 9909 deletes the tracks on the terminal so you will have more groups/PLU sales than cash/CC.

You should only have issues if tracks are locked and you should only use this code if you have this issue.
