Hi Everyone,
Can someone help? Just getting used to using a DX895 till, but to pacify my own curiosity can someone let me know the following:
1. S Key - understand.
2. Z Key - What is it for?
3. The various key positions, think I understand them but may have missed something out.
4. Have updated the PLUs for lots of items and now would like to print off the long report.
5. Have added a new PLU but can't seem to get it on the main screen, but it appears when the key is turned to X or the next turn.

The s key is the master key, for manager use only. X and Z keys can be set for corrections, refunds,no sales to be controlled, but primarily for taken daily reports.
If you have added plu's ok, you will then need to add them to a lookup screen (sp140). or direct onto the screen (sp 111),
It may be the case that you do not have the program securities set, for that area of programming.
It is a complex m/c to program manually, where are you based, message me if you require help.
