hi! does anyone know how not to print void item on check out bill.just like the model of uniwell cash register LX & EX series. !arms

Hi,

i'm not 100% certain what you mean, do you mean that items that have been voided are not appearing on the receipt and you would like them to?

hi!
yes, the situation is that an item is voided in a track, and when you finally closed the transaction it printed also the voided item in the final bill which it should not.
